2. Services We provide digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, SEO, content creation, and advertising campaigns.

3. Payment and Fees

• All fees are due in advance of service provision.
• Payments are to be made monthly or annually, as per the chosen plan.
• Late payments will result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial payment for a full refund. If cancellation is requested within the first 14 days, the client must remove all content uploaded by us from all platforms as requested.
• After 14 days, a one-month notice is required for cancellation, effective at the end of the month or after your payment cycle.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the first 14 days.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the 14-day period.

6. Service Suspension

• If payment is not received by the due date, services may be suspended until payment is made.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the last month.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
